This notice explains what personal data Atlas Growth handles and why. Questions or requests can be sent to tim@atlasgrowthmedia.com.

Website enquiries

If you send a request through the form on this website, we receive your name, work email, company, website (if you give one) and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss a possible engagement. The form is delivered to our mailbox through a third-party form service, Formsubmit. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to marketing lists because you contacted us.

Business outreach

On behalf of our clients we contact business professionals by email. We use business contact details such as name, work email, job title and company, taken from commercial business-data providers and public business sources. Our legal basis is legitimate interest in business-to-business communication, and every message is relevant to the recipient’s role. The rules we follow are in our anti-spam policy.

Opting out and deletion

Reply “stop” to any outreach message and you will not be contacted again. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to tim@atlasgrowthmedia.com. A suppression record (your email address only) is kept so that we never contact you again.

Retention

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle the conversation and our business records. Outreach lists are deleted or anonymised when a campaign ends, except for suppression records.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
